By using DailyRoundup (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DailyRoundup syncs tasks between Trello and Apple Reminders and optionally imports tasks from Google Tasks. The App communicates with a self-hosted sync broker that you are responsible for operating and maintaining.
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, tasks, or reminders arising from your use of the App.
The App syncs data between third-party services. While the App is designed to preserve your data, the developer is not responsible for data loss, duplication, or corruption resulting from sync operations, service outages, or misconfiguration of your sync broker.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about these terms, please open an issue at https://github.com/dcwalker/DailyRoundup/issues.
