DailyRoundup is an iOS and macOS app that syncs tasks between Trello and Apple Reminders, with an optional one-time import from Google Tasks. It is designed to keep your data on your devices and your own self-hosted server.
This app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers operated by the developer. It does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
Your tasks, settings, and sync state are stored locally on your device. Settings are synced across your devices via iCloud Key-Value Store, and your authentication token is stored in iCloud Keychain. The developer has no access to your iCloud data.
DailyRoundup connects to the following third-party services solely to provide its sync functionality:
DailyRoundup communicates with a sync broker server that you host and control. Trello webhook events are received by this server and queued for the app to pull. The developer does not operate, manage, or have access to your sync broker or any data it processes.
The app uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to notify your devices of pending sync changes. Push notification payloads contain no task content — only a signal to trigger a sync.
